Over the years we’ve seen thousands of fishing trip photos from our guests and guides. And from time to time someone captures something uniquely new. 2013 guest Keto Gyekis, who also shoots nature and wildlife photos semi-professionally, shot this from the helicopter on the Saturday charter flight from King Salmon to camp.

This compelling aerial photo visually conveys what we frequently try to express in words – that our Alaska Wilderness SAFARI camp offers an ultra diverse and unparalleled Alaskan fly fishing adventure. With multiple areas to pursue fish (tidal flat, river, beach, bay), no crowds, nearby day hiking options, stunning panoramic scenery, and daily wildlife viewing, you’ll find yourself in sensory overload every day of the week. And you will want to return… because it’s near impossible to see and do it all on your first trip.

On his second of 6 trips since 1999, guest Stephan Farrand said it well,

“The location of this wonderful camp gives guests an overwhelming sense of the majesty of Alaska. Add on top of that the extraordinary trout and salmon fishing, the wildlife, the attention to detail from the staff, and it provides a fishing vacation that is unforgettable.”
